Konektado World, Inc. presents “Araneta Dreams”, a one-day hip-hop event which features the winner-take-all Sunugan Battle Royale competition and Game of Skate championship with P300,000 and P60,000 grand prizes respectively, to be held on April 9 at the 16,000-seat Smart Araneta Coliseum, in Quezon City, Philippines. This ambitious event is a "first" in Philippine history, where a hip-hop event will be held in The Big Dome", one of the largest coliseums in Asia.

"Araneta Dreams" will highlight the rap battle matches top-billed by Loonie versus Dizaster of the United States, and Batas against Swave Sevah also, of the US. It is going to be a great challenge for both Loonie and Batas who mostly battled in Filipino. American battle rapper, Dizaster, is arguably one of the best in the world, who has already squabbled with various rap battle leagues in the world including Canada’s King of the Dot, Australia’s Got Beef?, US' Grind Time Now, and UK’s Don’t Flop, among others.

The rap battlers that would slug it out for the cash prize include Protege, Dello, Smugglaz, Apekz, J Skeelz, Zaito, Juan Tamad, Righteous One, Slimer, Lil Ron, Lil John, Iceberg, and twelve other Filipino emcees.

There will also be performances from Gloc 9, Abra, Loonie, Ron Henley, Blaze n Kane, Jonan Aguilar with Anak, LDP, Mike Swift, J-Hon, Greyhoundz, Q-York, Pow Chavez, Quest, BNK, Urban Flow, Mike Kosa, Ka Freddie Aguilar with the Watawat Band, and many more.

“This will be the battle that I'll prepare for the most. I've been preparing for this battle my whole life so this means everything to me", says Filipino rap battle star, Loonie in a YouTube ad.
