Happy Birthday to me!🥳

I celebrated my 34th Birthday last Friday and indulged in the rich flavors of Türkiye, which is currently celebrating its 100th year of independence.

I savored the vibrant spices, delightful mucver, and my new-found favorite, izmir kofte—meatballs with cumin and garlic served in tomato sauce. Southeast Türkiye cuisine is great! 🔟out of 🔟.
