The Mindanao State University College of Law (IIT Extension), together with the United States Embassy, AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines, the Supreme Law Student Council, and the Mindanaw Free Legal Aid Clinic, is inviting aspiring filmmakers and students to attend “Law & Media: Promoting Legal Empowerment through Progressive Media” seminar and forum on March 26, at 1 to 4 o'clock in the afternoon at the CED Amphitheater, MSU-IIT, Iligan City, Philippines.
The attendance of the delegates will serve as their ticket in joining the contest proper, which involves a submission of their short cinematic works on the first week of May. The awarding of the grand prize will follow on the last week of May.
