Senator Ernesto Maceda is Rank 23 in the 2013 elections , even though he did not make it to the 12 senatorial candidate winners , We can still see that many people are supporting him , that means he has the ability to do it and become the leader but unfortunately the people have voted and hope that the candidates and leaders would do the right thing for the improvement of the country :)
